TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING, IN PREPARATION TO BE FULLY EQUIPPED FOR YOUR CLASS.
Booking:
Places are booked on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of payment. Upon booking and paying for the class, you will receive an email confirming your place.Your booking is non-transferable and non-refundable. If a class had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or because it was undersubscribed, a full refund would be given by cheque.
Uniform:
Please bring an apron, and tea towel. All other equipment needed will be listed on the recipe sheet given out before the lesson. If you prefer using your own knives then please bring them with you, labelled with your name and safely wrapped for transporting.Please wear comfortable closed toe, flat shoes, preferably non slip, remembering you will be working in a commercial kitchen. Wash your hands before commencing cooking. It is advisable to have long hair tied back.
WARNINGS
While on the premises, please be extra vigilant. Do not leave bags or coats on the floor as a potential trip hazard, these should be hung up away from the kitchen area. Sharp knives should not be left unattended in a washing up bowl full of water. The floor is a non slip material, but items spilt on it still become a hazard. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS AROUND YOU. IF IN DOUBT, ASK FOR HELP. All of this information is for your personal safety and advice.
