ABOUT RACHEL
I have been teaching my own cookery classes for the past year and a half, having also been a part-time cookery teacher at a local College for the past three years.
I have taught mainstream adults and children and also students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities and have a qualification in teaching. I have always had a passion for cooking, in particular baking so you can be sure that the classes will be interesting, fun and informative taught in a relaxed environment where class sizes are no more than seven. This way I can teach all the classes myself and be able to give everyone a helping hand and advice throughout the session.
I have also taught children’s cookery classes for a year now, both in the holidays and on a weekly basis, and these have proved good fun whilst teaching the children new skills in both baking and general cookery.
